Last updated: 27 May 2026. Closed-beta version. The incorporated entity (ALGOSHASTRA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD) will publish the final terms before the public launch.

1. What this product is

algoshastra is a software platform that lets you describe options strategies in English, generates Python code from them, backtests the code against historical Indian-market data, and lets you export the code to your own broker account. We are not a broker, an advisor, or an order- execution service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. You may not use the platform to attempt to identify or access other users' strategies, data, or accounts.

3. Your strategies

Strategies you create, prompts you write, and code you export remain yours. We do not claim ownership over them and we do not train models on your prompts. We may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics (such as which strategies are most popular in aggregate) to improve the product.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. The verdicts, backtest numbers, and strategy descriptions are analytical outputs of historical data. You are solely responsible for any trades you place using code generated here.

5. Platform limitations

In the current release, the platform is provided as-is, may have outages, and may produce unexpected results. Use it for research and strategy verification on historical data.

6. Changes to these terms

We will email you at the address on your account at least 14 days before any material change to these terms.
